Poor customer service!!!

Great website, great customer service, and fast order processing but shipping sucks usps is the worst never know where they will send your order to drag out delivery or how long it takes to receive your order

Get no help or the wrong help. They never answer the question I ask, instead they give me the run aroun with other answers that never answer the question.

Gave me a shipping line as pay this extra amount to get faster priority mail........NEVER SENT PRIORITY. Next some items went into backorder AFTER I ordered them......they even asked for the upcharge and secured that.....then 2 days go by and poof.....backordered, with no email or anything......but took the payment

Absolutely fantastic customer service. The A Main team bent over backwards to make sure I got the item I ordered in time, and they responded extremely quickly to any queries I sent their customer services team. This is the best customer experience I’ve had in any industry.

I called customer service regarding an order that had an issue with usps and had been sitting in a different city for 2 days when it was in my city the previous day. The answer I received from customer service was it was shipped first class and it was only a day late at this moment. His lack of concern and unprofessional attitude will make me go elsewhere for my rc purchases.

No refund for the parts I ordered because of wrong description.

Excellent service, no problems or issues ordering from ammain to England just under 2 weeks for delivery 📦
