I suggest you request a label to send this junk back so at least they can take responsibility and dispose of it properly.
Hello Mika. Thank you for your response. I understand the terms and conditions of my purchase. However I think the finished product has been less then satisfying not to say catastrophic. It is completely useless and belongs in the bin. I don't understand how you got away with actually sending this piece of garbage to people expecting them to use it. If someone out there replaces their regular toothbrushing with this, their teeth will undoubtedly get much worse. I don't mean to be rude or get personal with any of you guys but I would appreciate it if your management saw this email and took some responsibility for the amount of trash this creates worldwide. I don't know how many copies of the product you might have sold but I bet I am not the only one wanting to get rid of this junk. I would like you to send me a label so I can return this to you and that you can dispose of it however you think is responsible. Even if you decide to send it to someone else that would mean you would have to make one less of these and that would at least make me feel better. If you would have told me that your project had collapsed or somehow it was impossible to follow through because of whatever difficulties, it would have been a better strategy than creating a mountain of plastic for the world to dispose of. Honestly I can't see how any person in their right mind looked at the first model and decided to follow through with it. it has no function but putting toothpaste on your teeth. I didn't even have to put mine in my mouth to figure that out. Looking forward to receiving that return label from you.
