Love this mattress for my 101 yr old mother! Thank You!

Excellent product got this mattress for my mother aprox 3 months ago .It is comfortable for her and no issues.It was a reasonable price for difficult times.This mattress is much much better the the mattress that came with the hospital bed rental.

The delivery time was quite long, but when I contacted customer service, the item arrived shortly. The product was exactly as advertised at a reasonable price.

I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger. When it arrived, it had a European plug. I worked with customer service and they were very helpful, but I ordered the unit in December 2021 and didn't receive the replacement until March of 2022. The replacement unit was not in as good of condition as the original one with the European plug. Employees were courteous and helpful but the product and delays were unsatisfactory.

The autoclave I just purchased from them came with no trays and does not work. It never gets above room temp and then after hours it gives an error message. I read the manual 5 times. No solutions. I need this replaced but no one is calling me back.

I ordered steps with handrail for my mom..second time I've ordered this. Previously the steps came without handlebar from a different company..I was so happy to be able to order and receive this item without any problems..
