I ordered a refurbished Bair Hugger. When it arrived, it had a European plug. I worked with customer service and they were very helpful, but I ordered the unit in December 2021 and didn't receive the replacement until March of 2022. The replacement unit was not in as good of condition as the original one with the European plug. Employees were courteous and helpful but the product and delays were unsatisfactory.

The autoclave I just purchased from them came with no trays and does not work. It never gets above room temp and then after hours it gives an error message. I read the manual 5 times. No solutions. I need this replaced but no one is calling me back.

Hello. We are very sorry to hear this. We did receive a message in the general mailbox after hours night before last, and just said it was Dr. P with no return number or no order number. We searched through all of our orders, and finally figured out who it was, and tried calling 3 times yesterday. We went right to a mailbox every time. We left a detailed message with all of our information. We picked up a message this morning that you left last night again after hours. This time a different phone number was left than the one on your order. Since you are in CA and we are in IL, we were waiting until 8am your time to call this morning. As far as the trays and instruction manual were concerned, they were both enclosed in the packaging. We take pictures of all of our units after refurbishment and during the shipping process. We leave them in the autoclave when shipped. Maybe someone removed them without your knowledge. We would be happy to share all of those pictures with you as we cannot post them here. We have tried returning your call and we are trying to take care of you. You received this 3 weeks ago, and this is the first we are hearing of it. Please allow us to help. We will be calling you shortly.

Items came in different faded colors with scratches and scuffs. Restocking fee and return shipping make the customer want to hold on to poor products. (The below reply has inaccurate information. I never spoke with anyone about being happy about a replacement. I actually never even received a replacement).

Hello and thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear of your experience. Originally when you called us, you stated you were unaware they were refurbished and wanted to return them, as you were giving them for a gift. We informed you, that you could return, but there was a restocking fee. (You are correct, we had another customer who purchased needle holders a couple days before you, and wanted them replaced, so we sent replacements. This was an honest mixup. We would like the opportunity to switch them out for different ones if you arent happy with those. We apologize for mixing up the two orders.)

Trying to return an unopen new merchandise and was charged a 30% restocking fee. I have purchased from many medical suppliers before and was never charged a restocking fee with returns. Will try to sell it myself and will never buy from this supplier again
