Their support is very responsive, which is lovely. Uptime is great. My only complaint is their transition from civilhost -> sahara -> alitvox was extremely rough and confusing with lots of downtime. Hopefully that trouble is mostly past us now, but I continue to be wary until altivox is fully set up.
