After paying for the Nether minecraft server package through Civil Host, the server is still pending 48 hours. I have made a ticket and emailed customer support and have not received a response. Edit: I am giving a one star review to Altovox for using an unreliable vendor. CivilHost is 1 star, and Altivox is 1 star for using Civil Host. I paid for an Altivox product and did not receive it.
