I was able to view the summit with flexibility to time. I was even able to review the content that really interested me.

Even though my days were scheduled elsewhere; I could still tune into the informative topics. Thank you for presenting the ADHD podcast.

I recently got laid off from my job so in true ADHD fashion, I binge watched every day of the summit. All the topics and speakers were interesting and the questions asked by Spela were incredibly thoughtful! I am 38 and got diagnosed as AuDHD not too long ago and I can't stress enough how seeing experiences and stories I can relate to made a difference in my life. I learned a lot about what ADHD is, how hormones and other factors play a role in it and frameworks I can use to improve my day to day. I can't believe I was able to learn all of this for free! Thank you SO much Spela & Althea Academy for this summit.

I attended the free ADHD summit and it was very informative, inspirational, full with tools and different strategies/systems from different walks of life and science. The thrive with ADHD conference was not just the best ADHD conference I’ve been to but one of the best conferences period. The platform is flawless and that’s great. What is outstanding is the content. Having presenters with lived experience is invaluable. Hearing what works is perfect but hearing honestly what failed to work is astonishing. The former gives you other things to try. The latter says it’s not your fault and gives you the courage and drive to try again. Please continue on. Everyone who has ADHD and/or autism and/or cares for someone with ADHD and/or autism needs to add Spela to their life. Anyone who even wonders about themselves or someone else. To have all this free is astounding. No excuse to miss it.

Althea really cares about human wellbeing and development. The conferences that I was able to attend were extremely well structured, the quality of the audio, video and presentations were outstanding as well as the coaches who were updated and prepared. Thank you for allowing people to enrich their lives with your knowledge and work.
