The Thrive with ADHD Summit was full of excellent information on all aspects of ADHD including diet, medication and many other tips to help. It is a one stop shop.

Being diagnosed late in life at 48, I had always believed that meds were only for my focus and hyperactivity. This summit has literally changed my life, I am 58 today and working with two therapist's but it took these videos with fellow adh’ers who made me understand that this is not what identifies me, I can learn to manage this, I know it’s not just me it’s my ADHD and I can change and learn how it shows up in my life!!! There’s hope!’

The specialists interviewed were outstanding both in their field of expertise and their experiences with ADHD as older women. I am so pleased I was able to download the whole summit.

I learned a lot of valuable knowledge about ADHD and how it affects women and how hormonal changes during perimenopause and menopause can exacerbate the symptoms.

There was a huge amount of very interesting and informative content. The interviews were excellently structured and just the right mix of experience and advice. I was very grateful that there was an extra day added as I missed most of the first day and it was great to be able to go back and hear those sessions.
