Beware of Al Raheem Travel Agency: A Hajj Nightmare
My experience with Al Raheem Travel Agency was nothing short of a nightmare. I was promised a seamless journey for Hajj, with the assurance that I wouldn't need to go through the Nusuk process and that they had an office in Saudi Arabia. Excited and trusting, I handed over $5400, only to be left high and dry. Despite constant calls and inquiries, they kept stringing me along with false assurances, claiming they were working on it. However, as the deadline for Hajj registrations closed in, they finally admitted they couldn't fulfill their promises. Requests for a refund were met with silence, as they conveniently stopped answering our calls. In summary, Al Raheem Travel Agency is nothing but a deceitful operation preying on the dreams and faith of others. Avoid them at all costs.
