Good Experience, but Some Improvements Needed
I traveled with my wife for Umrah with Al Quran Travels, and overall, it was a good and well-organized experience. However, a few areas need improvement. After long travel, hotel rooms should be ready upon arrival so passengers don’t have to wait for check-in. It would also help to have more knowledgeable tour guides for Ziarat who can clearly communicate in English. Drivers should also have basic English communication skills to better assist passengers. In addition, passengers should be well informed in advance about traveling by bullet train, especially luggage restrictions from Madinah to Makkah. Clear guidance and alternative options should be provided if luggage exceeds the allowed weight. With these improvements, the experience could be much better.
