It was a classic bait and switch. Br Seemal is polite and respectful, however very deceptive. I paid for a package without any bargaining, for a luxury package as I was traveling after a long time with my kids. The hotel in Mecca was a different one than what was listed on the package. Package stated Swisshotel and when I got to Mecca it was Movenpick. The ziarat guide did not speak English as had been assured to me, Madina hotel was Anwar ul Madina and was dirty and not a luxury hotel, I went next door to the hotel to book a clean hotel (Intercontinental). The entire trip was a quick one - 4days so I did not want to waste time with arguing. I cancelled the ziarats in Medina due to waste of time at checkin. It was a horrible experience. I have called the agency looking for a refund for Madina. First I was told by brother Seemal that he will get back to me in a week as the owner was traveling for umrah. 8 days later I called again and spoke to someone else and they respectfully told me that they will call me back. No one has called me back. They are a classic bait and switch cheats and now I have reported to BBB. Please do your own due diligence. They need to refund me, this was a business transaction and not a donation. I paid market value and whatever they stated to me without a single question. Shame on them.
