Had a problem with the item that was delivered and they resolved it superbly.

Had a mix up at first and a little lack of communication but they really made it right and were very helpful

The product description on the website was good. The price was excellent. Delivery was as on schedule and the product condition on arrival was good. The product could have been damaged (but wasn't) because it was packed in a cardboard box the was virtually flattened. The contour of the skis kept the box from being completely flat and luckily FedEx didn't stack the box under a too heavy load.

Was sent the wrong color, but I also admitted it ran small for me. I was immediately sent a return label and credited. Great service. Gave 4 star because of being sent wrong color/design different from online photo.

Great price on quality product. Shipping package was alittle sketchy, but item arrived undamaged.

I have been using the Alpine shop for leasing my 3 kids skis for more than 10 years (2 of them rent 2 pairr a season). I love the lease program and the staff. The prices are spot on for them. Shopping in the store is a bit different though. Although I love the staff and selection it is a bit expensive. Any of the coupons we get to use in the store are really not of any value. I tend to price shop and not get things at the store due to prices. I love the staff and keeping things local but it’s very expensive. I bought the skis for my wife on Cyber Monday and did get a great deal, but I wouldn’t have gotten them there if it wasn’t for the discount. Now the skis are pretty much the same price everywhere but we have reward accounts with other stores for ski gear. Outfitting 5 people is very expensive ($2500 this year so far). The only reward I have from the Alpine shop is some minor amount of money ($10-15?)per year when my kids rent (and on only 1 set of skis even when they have 2) so it’s not a huge incentive to buy them skis there next year. That’s my honest opinion. Love the lease program, can’t afford the store.

I placed my order online, it was accepted and I received notification it was shipping. And then two days later I was informed that they couldn’t fulfill my order without a reason. However, like any good company they followed through on their promise to their customer and made it right. We found comparable skis and they honored the original price. Mistakes happen, I get it...but its how you respond to those mistakes and Alpine came through.

Would have given a 5star but packaging was poor.
