Everything was great.

At the end of the day, its truly about 1 thing. Customer Service. The best products in the World lose value due to poor Customer Service or knowledge of their product. Not at Alpine! We know nothing about HVAC. This is going into a brand new building that me and my wife designed and built and its a post and beam, so HVAC challenging. The folks at Apline Air took the fears out of the equation with their kindness and extreme knowledge of their products. DYI is not a good idea unless you have calm and caring support. I NEVER OFFER REFERAL. However, I tell everyone I know that is considering a Mini Split about Alpine. We will build our home next year and will only work with Apline on our HVAC Systems. Its 100 Percent about their people and service! Almost unreal. What a pleasent surprise it has been. Very Sincerely JC Hall Lexington, VA

I have been using Blue Ridge equipment for about 5 years now. Its been really good equipment and easy to install. Very few problems from the hundreds of systems that I have installed. Any problem has been resolved or replaced very quickly. Anytime I call TECH support I get to talk to an expert in English and the longest I have had to hold is 5 min before I am talking to someone. Which is huge when you are diagnosing something.

I was initially attracted to Alpine because of their competitive pricing and selection. However, even better than that was the extensive time my service rep spent listening to my install needs and parameters and helping to find me the best system to meet those needs over several calls and follow ups. He went above and beyond to make this a great buying experience. Shipping and delivery were also great, everything arrived in perfect condition in just a few days!
