They really aren’t lying about their customer service. I had received a size too small and they offered to send me a new one. The quality of their sweatshirts are top tier. Thank you alpha weebs! You guys are the best.

Great customer service
All in all, good experience. I will purchase from Alpha Weebs again. They could use an upgrade on their tracking method. As I never once got an E.T.A date. However. Alpha Weebs is very communicative and responds quickly and takes customer satisfaction seriously. They're was a problem with the size that I had ordered but they are sending me the size I need. They also are letting me keep the item I originally received.I'm excited to receive the right size as the Item I purchased is great quality.

The order was incorrect but then they fixed it. they went out of their way to get me the correct item and they let me keep the incorrect one. The shorts we got were high quality.
