Free replacement
I ordered a Levi figure and when I received it, it looked strange. I told customer services and they were more than happy to send out a replacement for free and let me keep the weird looking figure

Good replacement policy
I received some items that I wasn’t totally happy with, so they let me keep them for free and gave me additional items of equal value to replace the ones I got at no additional charge.

Overall Pretty Good
Shipping took a while, but totally understandable as a small business. If I could provide some feedback for them it would be to look into higher quality print imaging. The design is more of an iron on vinyl type and will definitely get ruined in the dryer. But super cute shirt and I love that they offer a crop top option because most merch sites only have bulky Unisex tees.

Replacement
Ordered a couple items from alpha weebs. One shirt came in fine and the other unfortunately had a blurry image. I contacted customer service where they immediately offered a replacement free of charge!
