Order was correct, took a little longer than anticipated but it was not a big deal. Hoodie material was a little thin but again not a deal breaker, graphics and quality seems good as of now but I have not worn the hoodie for more than a few minutes, just to see if it fit correctly. It did. Overall good experience

Personally would've rather not had the experience I did. It's cool that they are giving me free shipping on a replacement and customer service was cool. Just be careful ordering things shipping from China cause they didn't put my address correctly on the package they sent. That one was sent back to China.

Alpha Weebs send larger size than ordered, however explained the Asian/Western sizing labels. Although still too large they were able to send out a FREE replacement, and for that I am very appreciative.

I had a product arrive that ran much smaller than expected as it was supposed to be oversized, but instead ran undersized. The quality of the product wasn't up to par, so I reached out to the team who offered a free replacement without any return. This experience demonstrated excellent customer service.
