It took a long time to ship, to the point where I was wondering if it would actually come. And then when it finally got here, the quality wasn't great. The print on the shirt was grainy and the fit of the shirt was awkward. The color was off. I definitely wasn't impressed, but at least it showed up and was a real shirt.

So I ordered a One Piece Beanie and Sweater.....it has been very difficult reaching the company especially after the 1st order tracking number stopped working. I did not know tracking numbers could stop working...I had to message the company for days before I got an answer, 3 days...they send me a new tracking number but only for the one peice beanie.. After only the beanie was received the hoodie never was it said delivered on the website and said the beanie was the one not delivered so I believe they mixed them tracking numbers for them both. I come to find out the other tracking number for the beanie...the one meant for the hoodie didn't work....the tracking numbers situation I had to call the one I the UK and DHL....they both couldn't help...now for for 3 days I've emailed Alpha Weebs at their email and still no response....it took emailing their Facebook for a response....they said they will....send a replacement....to my address....im just not sure how to feel about this until I actually get the hoodie.....very stressful order

We ordered it before Thanksgiving (11/23) and the shipping took forever, and we had no estimated arrival date until the day before delivery. We received it by Dec. 30th.

ordered a bronze eren jaegar key, got it in gold. it came with a silver piece that connects it to the necklace, and the chain on the ends of the necklace are silver. does not match at all. took forever to come in which was expected because it came from over seas, but the tracking rarely updated.

My order was taking a month to process and I had to constantly reach out to figure out what was going on. I would’ve preferred for the team to reach out with updates on the order instead of me having to email three times a week to get a response. As of today Nov. 1st I am 9 days away from being 2 months from my initial purchase of the item. The company hasn’t offered any free expedited shipping or any complimentary items for the inconvenience.

I ordered two hoodies: one design a size M and a different design a size L. I waited 2 weeks for delivery from China and I got 2 XL hoodies with the same design. When I asked customer support for advice on how to correct this issue, the representative told me that since the hoodies came from Asia, the sizes are different than the US. I do get that but I ordered a M and L. That doesn’t make sense to offer sizes to arbitrarily get whatever size your company wants to send. Also, I picked a different design for each hoodie but got two of the same. No worth returning or dealing with the run around. I just threw them away. Cheap poly blend material. Feels like those old flammable pajamas. Don’t waste your money here.

Way too many tracking numbers sent to me. Large order placed but split. Hoodie shipped and delivered to completely wrong state. Finally received and it was wrong size.

The quality of the shirt and hoodie I received are terrible. Loose threads and the design feels like it was a cheap iron-on from the craft store. I love the idea, and what they’re showing online. But the items are NOT worth how expensive they are.
