Alpha WeebsReviews of alphaweebs.com

It took almost 2 months for the shirts to arrive and the material is awful. £40 for nothing.

Contrary to my previous review, this company have let themselves down. They promised me a “free replacement” of the hoodie I ordered when they purposely sent me a much larger size that what I ordered due to “Asian sizing”. Hoodie arrived far too big (surprise surprise) I complained and was told over three weeks ago I would be sent another hoodie. This still hasn’t happened and I am no waiting for them to refund me which they haven’t done and I doubt they will. Full of false promises, scam company, avoid avoid avoid! I’m also reporting you to trading standards for theft since I’ve paid for an item I haven’t received and you refuse to correct it. Good luck with future trading, enjoy it while it lasts. I’m going to alert as many people as possible to your awful company so you get shut down and can’t steal from any more customers! Bunch of scammers.

Material quality is SUPER poor, sizing is absolutely rediculous, an XXXL barely fits my 12 year old nephew, let alone a grown adult, which is more than misleading when the items are clearly advertised as “US Oversized”. Items took 4 weeks to dispatch, because their returns policy says they won’t allow returns 2 weeks after PURCHASE… Not receipt, PURCHASE. Worst company I’ve ever bought from. Hated everything about it, worst loss of £150 I’ve ever had.

Awful quality. Came in wrong color, cheap fabric.

I ordered a hoodie months ago. I emailed 7 times after the first month had passed. The first email got a response asking for more information so they could find my order, then no response again until email 5 when I basically said because of their complete lack of communication, I don’t want the hoodie and just want my money back. Lo and behold, I got a response saying my order was being processed! I responded saying that I no longer want the item again, and they sent a tracking link that took me to a screen reading “this page does not exist”. Neat. A few more weeks pass by, nothing. So I email again because the tracking link doesn’t work, and still nothing. I reported it as a scam to my bank and left a review on FB with all of this. Recently, so one commented on my review, asking if I’d ever received my item. The people at AlphaWeebs saw it before I did and commented back saying that I did and that they had reached out to me personally to ensure that. Uh. No. Those were BOTH lies. I never got the hoodie and they never reached out to me, nor did they ever issue me a refund. 0/10, do not purchase from them.

Products likely falsely advertised. Ordered a hoodie. And received the equivalent of a T-shirt with a hood. Product pictures are very deceiving. Won't be ordering again as of this is their quality it was far too expensive.

Placed an order for anime trunks on August 19th and I'm still waiting. Inquired about the item 4 times already and each time I've been promoted with a template message asking me to be patient. The 3rd time I tried to reach out to them I asked for a refund and was ignored. They then told me that the package was damaged and a new one would be sent out but at that point I only wanted a refund. No one reaches out to me as the customer to update me on the package status and I'm getting no assistance from anyone. My excited was turned to regret and disgust I was so happy to support a small business ( and even added a tip to my order ) just to receive nothing in return and get robbed of my money. Never thought I'd have to write a negative review about a business.

Garbage products Cheaply made and sent me the wrong size
