Would not order from this company again. Took over 2 weeks to process my order, and when the 3 shirts finally shipped, they stayed “in-transit” for another week. I finally got an update on the tracking saying my order was out for delivery. O opened the package. They only sent me 1 shirt from the 3 I ordered. I reached out to customer service who was no help at all. I’m pretty sure responses are automated. Not real as they kept telling me the same thing. Next week I did end up getting another shirt. Had no tracking for it so didn’t know it still existed. Now it’s been well over 1.5 months, and I am waiting to see if that 3rd shirt ever shows. At this point I filed a dispute with my bank for the charge of the one shirt. I don’t want it. I want my money back. This company is a joke.

I’ve waited over a month for my product still have not received it. I contacted alpha weebs for a refund and was told they only issue refunds for two days after you order!!! Total scam don’t order from this company 😡 Response: Yeah the tracking says the item is still in China a month after ordering and paying for my product

I never got my package since October 13.

On 11/8/23 I received this email - shipment from order #7623 is on the way. Today is 11/24/23 and order has not arrived.

Order a shirt from this website 31st Oct only for it not to come in do not buy from this scam website!

Terrible quality. The print is super pixelated and the color is way off. You would think they could at least find a high resolution jpeg to copy and paste before making the shirt

The item did not arrive as shown on the site. It appears white on the site and arrived as a plum color. I ordered a small and got an XL and was told that it was auto sized because of Asian sizing. It is the same size as my large hoodies that I wear, and my tiny daughter would be swimming in this. Customer service asked for photo proof of what the issues were, which I sent but have never heard back. The quality of the hoodie is not outstanding. The material feels like sponge that has a coating on it. I'm sure lots of people are happy with their purchases/experience...I am just not one of them. It happens, but it's disappointing
