Customer service was terrible. Every email received was always "Let me get back to my boss and I will let you know what they say" without a clear answer. I asked for a refund after ordering the wrong product. I followed their guidelines exactly. I asked for a refund not even 15 minutes after purchasing and they have yet to refund me anything. I haven't received any product, they just stole money from me at this point.

Ordered the last week of November, it arrived today. Got a small size shirt that is so wide it could be XL. Took a month for my order to ship and it only shipped after I wrote them an email asking for an update. The quality of the shirt is awful. Not even worth $5

Order was advertised as arriving a week before Xmas, still haven’t received my order. No cancellations offered even though the order hadn’t even shipped yet. Now for a refund I’m being told they don’t offer shipping labels. I will not be ordering from here ever again. Prices are very high considering the complete lack of service and not worth it.

I ordered on Dec 2nd. No tracking number no response to chat emails nothing. I finally get something and they say that the jacket is no longer available. Tell me they would replace it with something else or refund me. Nothing. Chirp chirp. I want my money back. Scammer site. Poor customer service. They will steal your hard earned money.

UPDATE: Here was their response to my return request within their "30 day return guarantee" Hello there! As we are a small business running on razor thin margins, we cannot offer return labels right now. Plus it would be very lengthy and expensive to first send the product to us, then inspect it and then initiate the refund. So, I kindly request you to allow us to make up for this inconvenience. I'll personally take care of the replacement.

This company has one of the worst customer service responses I have ever experienced. I have been having this ordeal with them for 2 MONTHS. My package was stolen originally, and the company promised that if I wrote positive reviews for them on here and Facebook, they would send me a new item. Great! So, I did both. They sent a new item after 2 weeks and multiple emails. Once again, however, they used a package tracking site that was terrible. There was no real important information like who my local delivery service would be and what the local tracking number was. I saw that my package arrived in America and then radio silence. I contacted the company multiple times. They gave me an incoherent tracking number that did not register with any local shipping companies. I had to call around to companies, giving them my personal information in an attempt to find the package on my own. Finally, after finding the company that had my item (CDL??? Which has terrible reviews themselves) I was informed that there was an attempted delivery and now my item was being sent back. AFTER all of this does the AlphaWeebs team contact me, stating that they had been trying to contact the shipping company and thats why it took so long to get back to me. No information, no details, nothing. They're essentially useless. Don't bother ordering from this company or contacting their customer service department. All you will get is an assignment and empty promises.
