Received an item with improper sizing…
Received an item with improper sizing and contacted customer support with my issue. They've made quick work of helping me and issuing a new item to replace the item that was too small that I received. I love the designs from AlphaWeebs and am excited for my replacement!

Replacement after package misdelivered
Ordered 3 items and only got 1 item. When discovered that usps misdelivered my package they sent me a replacement right away. Loved the product, can't wait to try on the others once I receive my replacement

Great Customer Service
I received an Attack on Titan sweater, and it is very soft and good quality, but the sizing was off. When I contacted customer service to see about shipping it back and getting another size, they offered to send a larger size for free. I'll definitely be shopping with them again! :)

I had ordered a hoodie size L dispite…
I had ordered a hoodie size L dispite it being oversized I really didn’t think it would be THAT big but it was 😅 When I got in contact with Alpha Weebs for a return or exchange I was surprised at how fast they replied, they offered to do a free exchange which they didn’t really have to but they did. I loved the customer service and I will for sure be buying again from their website.

Ordered 2 shirts
Ordered 2 shirts, only had tracking for one package, I sent a email, they replied fast and told me some packages may take a bit longer to ship even in the same order. Next day I got my second tracking. Both shirts are great and feel nice. Will most def be buying again
