I would not recommended this company. Order two hoodies both are not of the quality shown in the picture. Both hoodies are different fabric and feel cheap. One even has an elastic waistband and is clearly not what is shown in the pictures. Also, I got tracking info and was told the items delivered by the company, files a report with usps and they couldn’t find anything. Turns out they never sent out, took about 4 weeks to get 3 items. I emailed them to get a refund as the items are not what was shown and they arrived after Christmas so I do not needed them. Person who sent me the email did not know what I was saying and told me to wait as deliveries take long. Overall not satisfied with any of the items. 0/10 quality- do not buy here!

The item I received was not tagged itself, only the packaging. Sent me another one even though I wanted a refund (item still came much smaller than what I had ordered and was a variant of the one I had originally purchased). The company then didn't respond to me for months so I had to go through my bank for a claim to, thankfully get my money back. The company offers discounts for "mostly" positive reviews and above when they reply to reviews. And most of the positive "5 star" reviews I have found are almost a copy and paste sentence. At the end of the day, it's your money. But in terms of quality, quickness, and communication, you can find better items from smaller companies/individuals to support. *After the response* You responded to my friend's multiple times due to an issue with their order during the same time.so, unfortunately I know it wasn't a glitch issue.

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. ITS A SCAM. I ordered in November and have never received anything. I’ve asked for a refund on multiple occasions and I keep getting the same BS email response that they’re personally handling my issue. They even sent me where they “resent” my order but the confirmation number was fake and when I inquired about it, I got the same BS email again. At this point I just want my money back and to buy from somewhere else. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Absolutely awful. My hoodie is to small due to the fact I am 6’2, I ordered the biggest size buts it to small. I have emailed and yet received no feedback.

Do not order anything from this company. It took almost a month to receive the one item I ordered and it was not the size I asked for. After, they spam your email asking you to write good reviews or email support to make it right. After multiple attempts to contact support, no response was received. Now I’m stuck with a pair of shorts in a size I did not order. Additionally the quality is cheaply made.

Would give zero stars if I could. Bought the ‘Nila’ gear 5 hoodie. Looks nothing like it does in the pictures. Horribly manufactured hoodie. Really thin nasty polyester material that is almost see through. Ordered a 2XL and it barely fits when I wear a large in most things. Also took over a month to arrive with no tracking, even though I paid for faster delivery. Avoid at all costs. Horrible cheap materials.

UPDATING REVIEW: As far as I’m concerned, this is a scam shop. I don’t recommend anyone purchase from here. I’ll leave my old review below. First off, the order took A MONTH to reach me, and the tracking didn’t work the entire time. When I reached out multiple times for an update, they didn’t even understand or help my issue that tracking was invalid. Just got a “don’t worry, we’ve had over 6000 orders, you’ll get your order.” Not helpful. It randomly showed up one day in my mailbox. Fine. I got one shirt as a gift for Christmas for my partner. It was too small. Website states you can return items or exchange items. Apparently, they don’t ACTUALLY allow this? Why is this on their site? False information. So they offer me a free replacement if I leave a positive review. So basically trapping me, if I don’t leave a review then you get nothing, which is the worst type of service. So I opt for the replacement and leave a review to beef up their crappy stats. I get the replacement and it’s absolute TRASH. The quality of the first shirt seemed nice enough, but this one I could have made on my own. It was just a simple heat transfer and shiny- NOT a Silk screen like the original shirt. I was like, the heck?? If this is my free replacement, this is not what I wanted at all, and not what I paid for. I emailed them right away, and they asked for some time while they reach out to the manufacturer I guess. Fast forward a month, I reach out and get no response. 3 more weeks pass and I reach out again, mind you it’s now almost two months after I initially informed them of this- they say I can send back BOTH shirts for a full refund or keep both for a 25% refund- sorry, not good enough for me. False information saying I can’t return items and locked into a replacement that’s ugly, AND the poor experience? And now I can magically send back the shirt, when they didn’t allow me to ship returns?? But the catch is I have to send back the shirt they told me I could KEEP TOO. Wild practices and terrible service. It’s just a huge headache all around, so I suggest and highly recommend you all save your self the troubles and order from a reputable shop. Truly convince this is a scam. —————————————————- Accidentally ordered the wrong size shirt as a gift for Christmas, and they are able to send a free replacement and I can still keep the original! Very cool
