I ordered a few items, they came pretty quick, sadly I sized myself too small, they were awesome enough to send the next size up free of charge. Couldn't ask for a better experience or customer service.

I made a mistake while placing my order, but they were very kind and understanding and gave me a solution right away. The item was good quality and not only it matched the pic and description but also the quality and finished was above expectations. Will definitely buy more from them!!!

What really made my experience great was when I submitted a request to get the items I was missing from my order which I waited for more than the expected time which I didn’t mind just as long as I got it and once I was done talking to them I saw a email regarding the shorts I was missing which was really nice and then I got them which made me even more happy I am still waiting on the Tanjiro pants but if they don’t come I’ll just message them and go from there but I love that they put in the effort to make sure I get my stuff so that’s all I care about. Plus there reply time is constant which is nice.

I accidentally got the wrong size and I asked them if it can refund it and get another one my size and they said it’s ok and gave me the one with my size and it’s comfortable and amazing quality.

They sell great quality anime merch that is super comfortable, and are very responsive with orders and any issues you have. Would recommend for anyone that loves some stylish anime merch I had an issue with an order and they were kind enough to offer a free one as the first one went missing in the missing in the process of arriving to me
