Ordered an item over 7 weeks ago and I still don't have a shipping confirmation, They said they had a glitch in the system and promised me a shipping confirmation asap that was a month ago then when I asked to just refund it they said I would be better to wait for the item because they can have glitches with returns too.

DO NOT recommend
Got the Eva 1 sweater in khaki XL for my boyfriend. I wear size medium and it fit me just fine… it doesn’t fit my boyfriend AT ALL. The sweater is poor quality, the graphics is poor quality, the sizing is WAYYYY too small. Absolutely disappointing and a waste of money. I do not recommend buying from the site. And also the fact that it’s manufactured all the way in China. No wonder the size and the quality is awful.

Had some issues, but free replacement and now this is even worse
Had some issues with my order for the wrong delivery address (which I found) and the product being different. But the guys over at support team offered to replace the wrong product with the correct or one of the same value. UPDATE 02/05: Now after having the replacement delivered to me, the quality of the design is sooooo bad that even the one which was sent to me, that was wrong and not what I ordered, is better than this. The design is blurry and the images are so low quality. Even the material is slightly different. Will not be ordering from them again. However, the support team are nice and understanding people.

never got my order
I had emailed the company about my order, but it was a month before they got back to me. They said there was a delay with my order and that they'll keep me updated with a tracking number when it's available. Another month with no update or tracking number. At this point, I had already paid them for the shirt and really no longer wanted the shirt, so I emailed to get a refund. Now, they're saying the shirt is no longer available and that they will send me a Gift card code. I will pay the remaining amount after my prior transaction is reduced. Like, what the hell are you talking about? Why would I give you more money when I haven't even received my first item? DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE.

5 stars for costumer service
5 stars for costumer service! I ordered a tshirt and the quality is really bad so I contacted costumer service (they are great) and they offered a free replacement I didn’t have to return anything. Once the replacement arrives I’ll leave a picture here. Well it’s been 2 weeks and I still waiting for my replacement.
