The sweatshirt material is weird. Never felt anything like it and my son will not wear what I purchased.

Horrible experience and product. I ordered a hoodie as a gift two weeks before my partner's birthday, it took 6 weeks to arrive and when it did the fabric and quality was AWFUL - I had planned to save it for a Christmas present but I'd be embarrassed to give it to anyone. This is a $60 hoodie. On top of that, after weeks of going back and forth with very slow and unhelpful customer service, they finally provide me an address to return...in China, at my own cost. And their website advertises "easy returns" and "money back guarantee". Lastly, I tried to post a 1 star review on the product page and days later it hasn't appeared, and when I click around I see literally every product has only 4 or 5 star reviews. Do not waste your money or time with this dishonest company.

I still never got an item I ordered or my money back. Every time I sent an email I got ghosted.

Horrible customer service! I ordered my products 3 weeks in advance from when I needed them. I received one shirt and was curious where the rest of my package was. When i reached out they told me that they didn’t have the shirts at their warehouse and that they had to order them from Singapore. They did not contact me to let me know my items were out of stock. When I asked them about this they simply said my items were on the way. They are terrible with communicating with customer service and failed to reach out when they realized they did not have my items in stock. I recently asked for a refund and am waiting to hear back

The sizes aren't to size, they are really small, the one i recieved i put my husbands medium shirt ontop and the hoodie was supposed to be XXL - its barely bigger than a medium usa size. This company tried to bribe me of giving them a better review when i contacted their customer service, DO NOT TRUST Do not trust their reply - They do not offer "Free" reshipment, they offer you reshipment after you give them a good review this is a lie.

I ordered two T-shirts, and they ended up being tiny sizes. I emailed the support, and they offered me a free replacement of the two t-shirts. They are very fast with the response time, and I didn't get my free replacement, but I will update after I get them.

I ordered 4 items at the end of March. There should be a free gift with this. Shortly afterwards a part arrived and nothing else. All items in my order history are on shipping. but that's not true. Now we have 6 weeks later and all that comes from support is a standard email saying that the package is still coming because not all items are in stock. No tracking number and no refund. I'm assuming fraud here.
