Issues resolved with Alpha Timeshare Consultants.
Mr. Brandon Ubiera did respond to my earlier review on July 17. It was a pleasure talking to Brandon, and he did take care of all the issues. Basically, he cancelled the contract which enabled UCFS to obtain the funds to pay off my account. My account is now zero. Without Brandon's help, this would still be around. I just want to take the time to thanks Brandon for his help to get my account resolved. If anyone else is having issues with how the company is performing, then don't hesitate to contact Brandon. He will definitely come to your aid.
