Great customer service and an easy process 100% recommend!

Alpha Timeshare Consultants provided truly exceptional customer service, guiding me with constant communication through every step of the process.

This company not only solved my problems with the nightmare I was facing with my timeshare but they even walked through each step. They were consistent, courteous and professional.

Getting out of my timeshare felt impossible until I found Alpha Timeshare Consultants, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. After years of dealing with rising maintenance fees, I was completely overwhelmed, but their team took the weight right off my shoulders. What truly sets them apart is how they guided me through every single step of the process. From our very first consultation, they laid out a transparent roadmap, walked me through the paperwork, and outlined a realistic timeline so there were no surprises. Their customer service is exceptional. They provided regular updates and handled all the stressful correspondence, legal notices, and negotiations with the resort directly. Having an honest, supportive team of experts managing the heavy lifting gave me immense peace of mind. Thanks to their persistent efforts, my timeshare contract has been permanently canceled. If you need a reliable team to help you navigate a smooth timeshare exit, Alpha Timeshare Consultants is the gold standard.

I’m really glad my uncle decided to work with Alpha timeshare consultants. They were professional, helpful, and made the process much easier than we expected. The staff took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions, and helped my uncle get out of his timeshare WestGate without all the stress and confusion.

Mr. Brandon Ubiera did respond to my earlier review on July 17. It was a pleasure talking to Brandon, and he did take care of all the issues. Basically, he cancelled the contract which enabled UCFS to obtain the funds to pay off my account. My account is now zero. Without Brandon's help, this would still be around. I just want to take the time to thanks Brandon for his help to get my account resolved. If anyone else is having issues with how the company is performing, then don't hesitate to contact Brandon. He will definitely come to your aid.

Alpha Timeshare Consultants delivered as expected. Their communication was consistent throughout the process and timely. As soon as we requested updates, we would receive them right away. There were no missed calls or unanswered e-mails. In the long run, we were able to be released from our Wyndham timeshare and the relief was immense. We enjoyed the opportunity to work with a company that did indeed follow through.

Alpha timeshare consultants efficiently release me from my timeshare in a timely manner. Their customer service was phenomenal and they were available when I had any questions. 10 out of 10 highly recommended
