I created my order on December 4, 2019. Still waiting....they keep telling me that they will be shipping it soon. Difficult to get email responses and I can't find a phone number to talk to anyone. This has been such a frustrating experience.

It took over a month and a half to receive my order from Lulufam and once I received my 2 mugs, one was completely wrong and the one that had the correct animals on it did not have the correct fur color o the dogs. I have emailed them and they respond by saying their busy and will get back to me. There is no phone number to call.

They're scammers. They sent me a defective item and don't respond to emails or messages and don't offer refunds. They also delete all negative reviews and comments from social media. I'm having to file a complaint with my credit card company. All this over a measly $30 piece of junk.

Wrote a review on their site regarding my order, but realized they only post the good reviews. They are not legit enough to post negative feedback. That’s why their site rating is 5 star. I purchased 2 mugs for my sisters on December 8, 2019. Did not receive them until mid January. The writing was soooooo small and fuzzy, I had to use a magnifying glass to read the names. The layout was terrible also, placing the sisters together like lovers and animals unevenly distributed. I contacted customer service at least 4 times addressing the issue. I offered to ship them back at my expense if they would redo these cheap copy and paste mugs. They danced around it with lame excuses and did not offer a solution. I also ordered a pillow on that same date (12/08/19). Finally received it after multiple inquiries January 30. Terrible experience and products overall. Slow ship time, awful customer service, poor layout and execution of product, and an unwillingness to create customer satisfaction over cheap poorly designed mugs.

Mug took over a month to arrive and the names on it were too blurry to read. After 3 weeks of back and fourth with customer service we got a replacement that was the exact same blurry image but this time on a cracked mug

BEWARE I wish I could give zero stars. The good reviews are most likely fake. Please please reconsider before buying. The quality is horrendous, despite their boasting about "designers." It was grainy, and childlike quality. I would've rather thrown my money out of my car window than give this company anything; the customer service is atrocious and they refused to give me my money back because it was a "personally designed product" which again, is not just true. I am unhappy with the quality of the product that was promised one way and delivered another. I should be allowed to return and get a refund, but they flat out refuse and ignore emails.

Worst customer service I have seen in my entire life. I ordered a mug plus digital version of the design. Instantly, after ordering, I realised that customs woudnt let it pass to my country so asked for canceling it. Their answer "our designers are working on it and since the job has started..." bull**it, they work with freaking photoshop layers. 2 months later I have nothing, so I asked for a reimbursement at least for the digital version, they did not even sent it over, apparently they forgot. Obviously zero help, zero understanding. I have my digital copy 1 month after christmas... Will never ever order again and I hope neither do you.

BE WARNED! Customer service for this company is atrocious! No help what so ever. I ordered a mug early December, apparently it was delivered Christmas Eve... never received ANYTHING. I've been going back and forth with post office- they're zero help either. LULUFAM just keeps sending me the tracking info over and over ( emails seem like auto mated responses) so disappointed. Not even a mention from them to re send item or give a refund. Take your business elsewhere!!
