It took forever. I got excuse after excuse. I did ask them to remove tails from Australian shepherds. They said that's why it was taking so long. So when I got it and they didn't take the tails off, I was not very happy. It took a month and their "artists" did absolutely no editing. They could have just sent me the proof I made. This business is headquartered less than 15 minutes from my house, and it took a MONTH.

I selected a delivery method that would take 7-10 days to be delivered. It’s been over A MONTH and it hasn’t even shipped yet!!! When I asked to cancel the order since the recipient’s birthday was weeks ago they said there was nothing they could do. Wow... great customer service...

I ordered mugs and pillow back in November. My mugs arrived in January and the pillow was missing. I contacted them about the missing item and just asked for a refund as it was almost February and the pillow was supposed to be a Christmas present. They rushed to get it together and sent it for my approval. I declined the pillow and asked for a refund, but they shipped it anyway. They shipped it to the wrong address and I did everything I could including contacting the post office and I still don’t have my pillow. They are giving me every excuse in the book to not refund me. Terrible customer service and I will be sure to NEVER purchase from them again. Please don’t waste your money and support bad business.

I ordered my mug on February 17th and received it on March 11th. So, if you are looking for speedy service and delivery, this company is not for you! After waiting so long and receiving emails stating my mug was being customized by their art department, I was anxious and excited to receive it. Upon opening the package I was surprised to find the SIZE of my characters. Not only were they extremely small (largest 2 centimeters and smallest 1 centimeter), the writing was almost illegible. I was EXTREMELY disappointed. I informed the company and they so kindly (cough cough) offered to re-do the mug for a 50% discount (REALLY you'd like me to give you an additional $14.31 for ONE coffee mug). Ridiculous considering your creative art department should have clearly been able to see that the writing was virtually unreadable and the animals are only visible if you hold the mug right up to your face. Beyond disappointed!!!

Guaranteed delivery by Christmas.... didn’t get product until mid-January.

Very very disappointed! I paid $60 for a picture that when it arrived had stains on it AND the digital image was off... the dogs tail was cut off at the end and you can see where they pieced the image together. I contacted them and was told to PURCHASE A NEW ONE. I refused and now they haven't responded to any messages. Never again! Don't waste your money!

Was charged somewhere about 57.00 USD and I have one mug! This process has been extremely frustrating....still trying to get credited for my incomplete purchase!!!

After waiting over a month to receive the mug, it arrived in about 8 pieces. They didn't put any packing paper or bubble wrap in to ship a fragile item, they just stuck it in a box. I emailed them, and at first I received an auto-reply saying that they are backed up because of the holidays and to please be patient with delays (it's well past the holidays now). Then a person said they would ship me a replacement. That was now over a month ago, and even the auto-reply (which is still running in February) says to expect it to take 3-4 weeks during the busy holiday season. It has now been almost six. I am losing confidence that it will ever arrive and be in good condition. I also cannot figure out how to post a review on their website, and it appears they only allow 5-star reviews to appear.
