The design process was super simple. LuluFam even had me approve of the artwork to make sure it was exactly how I wanted. I made one change and they were very quick to complete it. I still received my mug within 15 days! Definitely will recommend to all my friends and family!

My experience was good. Took a little while to get but the quality is good!

The quality of the mug I got was great! There was a mixup on one of my dogs, but LuluFam fixed it, free of charge! I didn't even have to send the first one back. Thank you for having great customer service! My mom loves her mug :)

Great product, great business!

Lulufam has been so wonderful. The products and the service is amazing. To anyone that thinks of purchasing anything should absolutely do it.

I got my first mug for Christmas and liked it so much, I got another one! Cute as anything and my coffee tastes great out of it too!

I ordered both a mug and the digital print of the artwork and received everything within two weeks. I’m beyond happy with the way the mug turned out! I did have to email customer service about how to get the digital print of my artwork and received a response the next day with the digital copy. Although I wish the digital print was automatically sent to me when the mug shipped, I do appreciate the quick response time. Overall, I’m very happy with the product and the service and would highly recommend.

Great quality mug. Well worth the wait. I bought it as a welcome home gift for my boyfriend. I was very happy with how the artwork turned out.
