Literally the cutest product ever! It exceeded my expectations. It came out really good. Time of purchase to when I received the purchase was not too bad either. They emailed me with updates and it was really cool that they did that. Most companies don’t! Will be buying again ! It’s a perfect gift for animal lovers ❤️

This was the third time I have ordered from Lulufam - 2 for coffee cups; 1 for the pillow, and I was more than saitisfied each and every time. They were all given as gifts, and the recipients were thrilled with theirs. Highly recommended for anyone who owns and loves their pets.

I love the mug that I got. It’s quality and the concept really comforted me after the death of my dog. Customer service was great when I wanted to change to background of the design. Thumbs up! I want to get more in future as gifts.

I have ordered several items from this company and have been 100% satisfied with all of them. 2 beautiful coffee mugs, a pillow case and a Christmas ornament have all arrived in perfect condition. The item I ordered around Christmas did take a while to arrive, but the rest of them were in my hands within 2 weeks. I also like that they ship their mugs in molded Styrofoam containers so they don't get broken in transit. I would highly recommend their products to anyone who loves their furbabies!
