I ordered 3 mugs for my daughters that had a picture of our two family dogs that recently passed away. The picture was supposed to have angel wings on the dogs. The mugs arrived with the picture without angel wings. I have contacted LuluFam several times to resolve the problem, so I may gift the mugs to my children. I have had zero responses and the customer service number does not work. I waited to write this review in hope of resolution but I have been disappointingly ignored. I would not use this company for a purchase knowing their poor customer service. I have never written a negative review in my life, but so disappointed that something that was suppose to be a special gift was not corrected.

Have not received my Mother’s Day mug still. It’s been over the shipping date. Not happy with delivery for sure and have not seen the product yet to give a review

Never responded back to my multiple emails. I ordered a custom mug and what I recieved was a plain white mug without the design on it.

I received a mat which i ordered as a gift for christmas, i was very unhappy with the image printed,the dog printed was a staffy but was more like the size of a jack Russell in the image, i tried to contact customer service many times and they basically took zero responsibility and blamed the manufacturer and said their was nothing they could do, awful company awful customer service.

The products are fine, but it took them almost 3 months to get the customization correct on my artwork. They sent me the wrong mug and kept insisting that it was correct when it obviously wasn't. They stopped getting back to me by phone and email and I was left hanging. FINALLY got my corrected mug, but I ordered it on 11/21/20 for a Christmas present and just received a correct one yesterday (2/7/2021).Customer service is AWFUL; they haven't a clue.

I had issue with product I ordered I contacted lulufam and they said they couldn’t help me that what I ordered is what I’m stuck with. So I’m stuck with a product I can’t use Lulufam didn’t even try to help me.

I placed an order for Christmas and even had it fast tracked to get it faster. It showed up even faster. That is why they are getting the 1 star. One of the names is misspelled and one of the corners is banged up on it. After repeated attempts (5) I finally got someone to respond. They are saying it was typed in that way so they won't fix it, but refuse to comment on the canvas being messed up. I would really second guess this company in getting what you want. They offer a 50% discount to buy again, but why am I paying for their mistakes?! Thank you for ruining one of my wife's Christmas gifts.

I’m so angry. I ordered a mug and it doesn’t look anything like what I ordered. It was supposed to be a big picture on each side of the mug but instead it’s 4 teeny tiny pictures squished together. You can’t even see the pictures or read the names!!
