Accept no substitutes....I keep a second PawRamp as a backup for travel. Those foam dog steps do not compare with the well made PawRamp. I like that it can be adjusted for couch/bed heights....

Web site wasn't working and didn't allow me to put background for 2 blankets. Site only allowed me to do one blanket background. It then said order is being completed. I did the chat to get help and within the hour I received an email to fix the issue. Super impressed with how fast issue addressed and the excellent help and service that followed. Also appreciated chat was a person not an automated text. I can hardly wait to see the blankets!!!!

Hi Molly! Thanks for sending this review over, regarding our customer support team helping you with our sister company, PetCanva's products! We're so happy to hear this! We hope you love the blankets as much as we love them!

Love love love my mug!! Just wish I had ordered the bigger size. My order shipped very fast. Only issue was with the US Postal Service. I messaged Lulufam and they responded right away and tracked down my package with USPS. Great customer service!

Like many people, I did research and also read many consumer reviews about this company. Honestly, I had mixed emotions due to the amount of past costumers having both good and bad experiences. Although very skeptical, I decided to take my chances… And so glad I did! My canvas is more beautiful than I imagined, and I absolutely love it! When I showed my friends the sample, several of them wanted to know where I ordered it from. I told them I would tell them only if my canvas was true to what I ordered. I can’t wait to tell them hoping they can find an adorable item like me! I will definitely be ordering from LuLuFam again!
