Their website is VERY misleading. First I ordered a picture of my dog; during checkout, it asked me if I wanted another picture for 60 dollars more of a modern family. I thought, yeah, I will get a picture of my daughter and her dog as a birthday gift for her because that would be a family photo. Come to find out, they will only use the photo you send them of your dog (one dog), so it is NOT really a family photo, so I had to pay another 20 dollars for a photo change. Then the pictures did not even look good. Then when they finally did finish them they sent me an email saying it was "shipped" come to find out it was never shipped. I asked for a refund and they ghosted me!

I’ve ordered photo blankets from alpha paw prior to Christmas and was very satisfied with the work and their shipping charges to Hawai’i. In general, I love their products. However, when trying to take advantage of their recent post-Christmas/New Year sale, I was shocked at the extremely high shipping costs to Hawai’i. For 2 doggie blankets totaling a little over $80, the only choice given for a Hawai’i address was over $90! If you wish to have your order shipped to Hawai’i, you need to be aware of their current 2023 shipping charges. I have never seen anything close to shipping this type of item to our state. Like I said, I generally love their products - but not that much. I’m happy to search for other alternatives.

Do NOT purchase anything from this company. I purchased the Dog Car Seat….wrote company that the strap that holds dog in must have been faulty because it broke mid trip. Looking at it you can tell it had frayed, then tore completely. Sent photos and a request for assistance. Since it was over the “30 day return policy, I was told they would not help. It was 2 months old at this point, we have a 13 lb dog. In the end they offered me a $12.00 store credit which is unacceptable. Never have had this situation before, but I have now found out that MANY customers have dealt with poor customer support.

Horrible customer service and return policy. 1. I was scolded for sending too many emails trying to exchange a blanket. Yes, exchange a non used item for a different color. 2. Then I was told it would be a $20 restocking fee to exchange the item. 3. My other option was to buy the other color blanket and I get to keep the original blanket. Ummm, no , you were telling me that I can buy two blankets, and I have paid for both. There is nothing “free”, you are just making me buy two blankets 😡 Horrible customer service!!!!! I would not recommend shopping with them.

I’m so angry. I bought a ramp from Alpha Paw and it broke in the middle of the night when my 20 pound senior dog was going down and woke me and my husband up. I then emailed Alpha Paw and the replied right away offering to send a new ramp and to confirm the color. I have now written them 6-7 times with no reply back and my poor dog can’t get off and on our bed without me helping her. It’s been 6 days no with no reply. Such bad customer service.

Ramp didnt work too steep and slippery. 7 emails to return no response back Company phone disconnected Bad product and theworst customer service. I would beware in using alpha paws a scam

I purchased 1, single bag of their dog biscuits and I received 9 emails related to the purchase. That's about 7 too many. In addition, my dog ate 4 biscuits then lost interest. I left another one out for him and my dog expressed his dislike for the biscuits by throwing-up the biscuit. Now I have a nice green stain on my off-white carpet. I will never purchase another product from Alpha Paw again.

I ordered the Dach Ramp and paid via Paypal. It arrived promptly within a week. I had it less than 1 week and it broke with my dog on it! It said it was rated to support 80 lbs. My dog is 70 lbs. Dowels which fit into slots to adjust the hight broke where a stape or brad had been inserted to secure the dowel. I tried to call Alpha Paw to no avail. The number listed on my PayPal reciept was for a demolition company. The number listed as customer support was busy then went dead. Sketchy? I emailed the customer support and they responded asking for a photo. Well, I fixed the ramp by buying a 5/8 inch dowel, removing the broken dowel and glueing the new dowel inplace, the way it should have been done to begin with. Buy from Petco or Chewy. You can actually contact them. They make it easy to return items and get a refund. Don't waste your time with Alpha Paw.
