I'm so sorry we've led you to believe we are scammers. This is certainly not the case. Please check out the reviews on the website and our social media accounts. If you can shoot us a message with your order information, we'd be happy to help you, if the issue is still unresolved.

Do NOT order from here. I placed an order December 2nd and still have not received it. They emailed me on December 18th saying I would “get an update on my order in 48 hours” and here I am, on December 26th, with no product or shipping update. Total scam.

Hey Courtney! I apologize for the miscommunication. Due to the holiday season (and being our first), orders as stated on the site could take 3-5 weeks. I'm not sure whether you've received your products, but if not, they should be arriving soon!

Terrible experience. I think this is a scam website as I have not received my order. When contacted, they send stock emails and then say your item is on the way without providing a tracking number. It’s been well over a month since I ordered what were supposed to be Christmas presents for 3 people and still nothing has arrived.
