If I could give less than 1 star I would. I ordered an ornament with "guaranteed Christmas delivery". It arrived January 7th (yes, THIRTEEN DAYS LATER THAN THEIR GUARANTEED DELIVERY). I called the a week before delivery asking where it was and tried to cancel the order and they refused to cancel it or reimburse me for shipping or any part of the order. To make matters worse, if it could get worse, the ornament came back ugly. I'm too embarrassed to give this gift to them. It looks like a 5 year old painted it.

The same as many others, I had a very bad experience with this company which seems to be a sketchy operation. After I submitted my order, I received a lot of canned emails, but no response to my multiple requests about my order that missed the Christmas delivery by a mile. I finally received one vague email response from a person that offered no information. I submitted a dispute with PayPal, then suddenly I receive an email that same day with a shipping number that my order has shipped. However, when the package arrived, the mug was in a million pieces, as it was very poorly packaged and had no cushioning. I am requesting a refund or replacement, but do not hold out a lot of hope of getting either. In addition, the first email I received from them talks about how they are busy customizing the order, and this is all hand done, not by machines, so it takes time, blah blah. The reality is the pieces of the mug with the cats that were not part of the broken part are clearly done as a scan to the mug. This isn't some special handcrafted artisan type design. Also I notice that the web address they have on their PayPal account is thenaturalbarn dot com which goes to a landing placeholder page from the domain host, and not an actual website. Stay away.

For the numerous customers who have not received their orders, here is language from the FTC's Mail or Telephone Order Rule - "The FTC's Mail or Telephone Order Rule regulates shipment and certain refunds for mail and telephone order merchandise. The Rule applies to merchandise that is ordered by mail, telephone, computers, and fax. Basically, it requires that mail and telephone order sellers ship orders to buyers within the time stated in the advertisement. If no time is stated in the advertisement, then the order must be shipped with 30 days after receiving the order. If the seller is unable to ship within the applicable time, the seller must notify the buyer of the delay and give the buyer the choice of either agreeing to the delay or canceling the order and receiving a prompt refund. If the delay is for 30 days or less, the buyer's failure to respond to a seller's delay notice may be treated as a consent to the delay. For delays beyond 30 days, or where a revised shipment date given in a delay notice cannot be met, the buyer must expressly agree to the delay." Buyers beware- this company is very questionable. The "CEO" represents as a small company with made in the US product, however the transparency section of Lulufam's facebook indicates the page is managed from the Philippines, Kenya, and India as well as the United States. Also, the same product is available through Gossby, Unifury, and My Dogs and the websites look very similar. It looks like this is some type of drop ship business model and the avatar program that produces the pictures for the mugs/pillows/blankets is available for those interested in running a business this way. Added to all of this, Lulufam clearly deletes truthful negative customer comments from their facebook and instagram accounts and is now driving "reviews" to this website in efforts to cloud the negative feedback of those who still have not received purchased products and have been given the run around. The Lulufam domain was set up in October 2019 and clearly intended to cash in on those trying to purchase Christmas gifts. If the "CEO" was truly overwhelmed with unexpected orders there would have been numerous remedies to offer customers who spent hard earned money on a Christmas gift for a loved one. Update to review - finally received the product on 1/15/20 - six weeks from time of order. Would not recommend this seller. Also completely bogus that Trustpilot allows the seller to "report" and block honest customer reviews. Defeats the purpose of a review site.

Same thing as other posters. Ordered a mug for my sister as a Christmas present on November 25th. It’s been 7 weeks and it still hasn’t arrived even though their website says 1-2 processing and shipping 3-5 days. Emailed them and they basically are like “oh Christmas is busy deal with it”. You are fully functioning company, and if you can’t act like one then you don’t deserve to be one.

I bought three mugs and paid $30 for expedited shipping - guaranteed for Christmas. I didn’t even get an update about my order until 12/20 and that just said the order had shipped. I didn’t get a tracking number till the 26th. Their customer service took days to get back to me and still refuse to refund me for the expedited shipping costs. This company is a SCAM. They try to play the we are a small company and learning card but they refuse to make good on their own issues and faults.

Ordered 3 mugs on December 12. Received an email saying they were "in production" and I would be informed when they shipped. I have emailed several times and have received BS responses. Has anyone received these products? They were supposed to be Christmas gifts. They have a very active Instagram presence. When I posted on their Instagram account that I still had not received my order, my post was removed.

Took a long time to get the items and when I received the quality of the items is terrible. Ripoff! I want my money back

Absolute F'ing Garbage Company. I placed an order December 2nd that I still haven't received. Ruined a Christmas present for a loved one. Contacted them several times and received the same canned garbage responses mentioned by others here. Still no package. Will be contesting the charge on my credit card, as the company has offered zero other recourse.
