Proceed With Caution I recommend that traders exercise caution before purchasing an account with this firm. My experience raised serious concerns about how rules are communicated and enforced. I purchased the PRO account partly because it was promoted with “No Consistency Rule,” including the statement: “Trade any size, any day. No restrictions on how you distribute your profits across trading days.” After purchasing, I was required to complete 10 profitable trading days, with each day producing at least 0.50% profit, within the applicable 30-day qualification period. This was not consistent with my understanding of what I was purchasing based on the promotion. I also had an account breached due to floating P&L that I believe was not accurately reflected on my dashboard. I requested supporting evidence showing how the breach was calculated, but the information I requested was not provided. In another case, I purchased a challenge before the consistency rule was implemented and was later informed that the new rule had been added to my existing account. I have concerns about applying new requirements to accounts purchased before those rules existed. I also experienced trades being closed while they were running in profit. After raising these concerns, I did not receive what I considered an adequate explanation or accountability from the firm. The issue is not that trading firms have rules. The issue is whether those rules are clearly communicated, consistently applied, and properly supported when a trader disputes a breach. My advice to other traders: be careful, screenshot the rules and promotions before purchasing, save your account terms, and document everything. Do not rely solely on promotional language. This review reflects my personal experience, and I am sharing it so other traders can make an informed decision before committing their money.

This company will make any excuse to avoid paying you. After all rules were completed, they decided they couldn't determine whether it was me or not who made the trades. Therefore, they closed the account and denied my payout.

My experience with Alpha Trader Firm has been solid. I took the 5k instant funding account, execution is fine and no weird slippage. Had a question about consistency rule and their support on Discord was helpful.

After I requested a withdrawal, they sent me an email saying my account was being used for multiple transactions, but when I asked for proof, they didn't have any. Then they flagged my account and have been silent ever since. If they didn't want to pay, they should have just said so instead of making false accusations. What a despicable company.
