Team Alpha is not bad. Their education videos are ok if you're brand new to the game. I got into it primarily for the market alerts, which were not any better than I have through other sources, especially for the high price. ONE STAR because I sent a cancellation notice, which they definitely saw because they removed their discord from my phone. Even so, they continued to take a $200.00 payment from my account, which feels like theft on their part?

Hi there! Unlike most other services every single one of our alerts are journaled and tracked within a google doc that is shared with everyone. So there is no opinions here only facts. We are currently tracking a 70% win rate with all trades tracked in detail. 99% of traders fail, most traders would be ecstatic to join a team with a 70% win rate and a simple strategy that can be taught in a couple of hours of learning. If that is not you, then no worries. But a 70% win rate is nothing to disregard. Secondly we do not remove discord roles. Discord roles are removed automatically ONLY when the user has not made a payment... We also have a customer service email and phone number that is 24/7. There is also 24/7 support inside the discord. If you have not reached out about the issue how we would know you are having one? Please reach out via any of the customer support options and we will gladly look into the issue and issue a refund if you got charged after you canceled!
