They added 1 more slot for an extra $ 100 when I booked the online appointment for 15 minutes not 30 minutes . I paid a total of $ 200 for less than 15 minutes appointment with the doctor. And I also booked my appointment for 11:30am, but they have to reschedule me for 2:30 pm because the doctor was late . I didn’t even get an apology or nothing. I’m gonna need y’all to refund me the extra $100 y’all took from me because my appointment was only for 15 minutes not 30 minutes.

Jean-Pierre, I’m really sorry about the inconvenience with your appointment time changing from 11:30 AM to 2:30 PM. That’s not the experience we want for you. To clarify the charges: • Our new-patient visit is $200 for a 15-minute consultation, as listed on our pricing page: https://alphahormones.com/pricing. • The $200 payment was collected toward your deductible since your insurance has not yet covered the visit. • Once you receive your Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company, please forward it to us, and we’ll refund any difference if your plan covers a portion of the visit. • We also did not charge an additional $100 for a 30-minute slot. Your appointment time was extended as a courtesy to make sure your questions were fully addressed. Thank you for your understanding, and please let us know once you have your EOB.
