AlphaheaterReviews of alphaheater.com

Beware of fake review sites, Alphaheater has clearly written many, very clever as they all look bona fide. But the product itself is very poor and does not heat up even a small room. Plus, as they are plug mounted, what little heat is produced is restricted to the wall area rather the centre of the room. For similar money I have now procured a Von Haus oil filled heater and the difference is staggering!!!

I bought two of these heaters (14/12/22) and they arrived two weeks later (27/12/22). I thought that it was a UK based company, but they were shipped from America. I did not have to be any surcharges and the tracking information was excellent and user-friendly. The heaters worked, they gave off some heat and do not use much electricity. BUT, the claim to heat a room to 24 degrees in two minutes is, in my experience, far removed from the truth. There is not much heat at all. There appears to be no guarantee and no returns policy. The email given bounces back. Overall, a bad buy.
