Nancy was great! Very easy to work with.

Excellent, truly no words to describe the AAA service Sam Jordan provided me. Went above and beyond for all my needs.

When I do business with a company, I hold them to a simple standard: they need to excel at what they do, meet deadlines, and be people I actually enjoy working with. Sam at Alpha Global Packaging didn’t just meet two out of three, he knocked all three out of the park. The custom display box was absolutely stunning. The quality was top-notch, with smooth, beautiful edges and a sturdy design that looked incredibly professional. I also ordered stickers and tissue paper, and everything was perfect down to the last detail. Sam’s knowledge and communication was in a league of its own. From the moment I finalized my order, things moved immediately. He was responsive, proactive, and never left me wondering. Honestly, I wish every company I work with had a Sam. When a shipping issue came up, the way this company handled it was beyond impressive. Rather than leaving me in limbo, Sam kept me updated every step of the way, and when the shipper couldn’t provide answers, he had everything reprinted and expedited without hesitation. It arrived quickly and was packaged so well it could withstand an apocalypse! Alpha Global Packaging genuinely wants lifelong customers, and they’ve earned one in me. My business is just getting started, and I’m so grateful to have a company like this helping me shine on store shelves.

Alpha Global Packaging was helpful in printing four custom boxes for us. Sometimes I felt I as a customer I didn't have the floor to speak fully and be completely heard with my requests or issues, but in the end the quality of the product was good.

Nancy is a star! I work in very fast-paced events with restrictive turnaround times and she has made my life much easier with extremely fast responses, templates, and proofs. I'm already a return customer and will be back!

They really put in solid effort to make sure my specific products came out the way I wanted. They did some tweaks to my design free of charge to do so even. Solid company!

I am SO happy with my product! I placed an order for a sample perfume box (100 of them) and they are tiny. I sent my branding and what I wanted on the front. Nancy was amazing. She was so patient with me as I described my particulars. I just received my package and I'm over the moon at how incredible they turned out! Exactly what I wanted. Pretty quick turnaround time and phenomenal work. Highly recommend and will definitely be using them again!

We had a great experience working with Alpha Global Packaging from start to finish. Sam was incredibly easy to deal with throughout the entire process—clear communication, quick responses, and very helpful in guiding the creation and setup. The final product turned out excellent. The print quality and overall finish looked really sharp and professional, exactly what we were hoping for. On top of that, the pricing was very competitive compared to other options we explored. Everything was also delivered in a short timeframe, which will make a big difference for our launch. Overall, a smooth, efficient experience and we’d definitely work with them again. Trevor
