AlphaglobalpackagingReviews of alphaglobalpackaging.com

They were able to rush for a job I needed quick. They were very responsive to my needs. A few small criticisms however, The alignment of my graphics bled over into the other side of the box and it would have been nice if they had fixed that for me. There was also a small grammatical typo, which is my fault but it would have been nice for them to catch that and ask me. Lastly, They shipped this package to us over here at a business and they tried to deliver the package on my deadline date way outside any normal business hours, which made me dangerously close to my final deadline. All of these things could have been prevented by me, but I guess I just hoped they would have foreseen these things and interjected in my favor. The quality of the boxes overall are fantastic and I was so happy to get everything on time.

Working with Sam is been great, He is very profesional. His costumer services is on point, even working with me as a third person and translating. He anser all question and most inportant he respond fast. The products I older get to me as I spect them to be.

Alpha Global Packaging was helpful in printing four custom boxes for us. Sometimes I felt I as a customer I didn't have the floor to speak fully and be completely heard with my requests or issues, but in the end the quality of the product was good.
