Absolutely amazing service..Joan H helped me and was quick to answer my questions. One of my best customer service experiences ever.

I had an issue with my order and tried to contact customer service three different times with no success apparently, they were having issues with their system. After finally contacting someone on chat my issue was resolved by Joan H. I do appreciate the professionalism and courtesy that he took care of my issue.

Fast and friendly

I ordered 6 masks on dec. 5,2020,my masks arrived a day early from the projected date. I tried them on and they fit well. The product is as seen in advertisements. I saw reviews after I ordered, and I can honestly say it made me nervous what I was going to get. But after I recieved my masks I WOULD recommend and order from Alpha Defense

Being a veteran and Alpha Defense being veteran owned this is what got my attention i always support my fellow vets so after I ordered my 50 cal antenna I started to read the reviews and panicked because I though I was going to be scammed. However that was not the case, I received everything that was promised within a reasonable time frame and the products were exactly what I asked for and worked outstandly well and once again I am very pleased with this company and I plan on ordering from them again in the near future. Thank you
