Thank you so very much for sharing your issue. We strive to serve our customers as best as we can. Early on in our company's life-stage, we decided that our customer's privacy was of utmost importance to us. Therefore, we decided, unlike some of our competitors, not to track our customer behaviors nor to record their private information. Unfortunately, that has introduced some disadvantages to us. Namely, when someone requests a return, we have to ask for an order number and if the customer does not provide us with that information, our job becomes more difficult. , In your case, we did ask for an order number on Thanksgiving day and since you did not have it, you provided us with your shipping address, the day after Thanksgiving (i.e Yesterday). We had to use that information to track your order and we did confirm that you placed an order for a duplicate item by mistake and we shipped the 'correct' item to you as per your order. However, since we do provide a 100% hassle free return policy, we have created a return label for you and will email it to you during our normal business hours (which does not include Sundays unfortunately) We hope that this answers your problem.
