We made several attempts to reach out to you via email to address this but did not receive a response. As a result, your order was never processed. Thank you for your honest review. We are extremely sorry to hear about your negative experience. We try to do our best while packing the toys so that the no damage befalls them in transit. However, some couriers do not take utmost care while handling package and sometime packaging becomes loose and merchandise is damaged during transit. Unfortunately, this is a normal fact of life however, we completely guarantee our customer shopping experience. That is why upon hearing about the problem from you we offered either a replacement or a full refund upon the return of the product. We then supplied you with FREE return label and refunded your money in full once we received the package back from you. We hope that you had no problem in returning the item and the process was as smooth as possible. Thanks again for your review. We will try to do better in the future if it is within our power to do so.

Thank you for your honest review. However, 90% of our products are customized. As such, they are made after an order is placed and shipping and delivery will understandably take longer than off-the-shelf products. We apologize if this is confusing or unclear. In addition due to the pandemic, and for reasons beyond our control, most carriers have now waived their delivery timeline guarantees and packages may take longer to deliver. That said, we still apologize if your experience with our service or products has been negative. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your shopping experience better.
