The black oversized alpaca sweater is very itchy . I gifted it to my daughter but she cannot wear it.

Hello Brianna! We have tried to contact you several times via email and phone without success, to understand the situation and try to help you out, since we haven't been able to get a hold of you we searched with the courier service and it shows that the products were delivered correctly and our warehouse has also the evidence showing it was send as you ordered. If you would like to talk more please contact us via email or phone.

You charged me for the delivery, and when they brought my shawl I had to pay 20 more dollars more or less. I was never told that I would have to pay more.
Response from alpacaoutlets.comOct 3, 2023
Hello Salomé! We are really sorry you had to pay an extra fee, as we explained in the email this charge was not from us, it was made by customs since it was an international delivery. In the email, we also offer you a special coupon that doesn't have an expiry date for you to use on your next order. We hope you still liked the product you received!
