Very quick delivery during the holiday season. I did think that the sweater would be a little thicker.

Dear Brian! Thank you for your kind comment, we are happy you enjoyed your purchase. We can see that the item you purchased was the Galya Lightweight Cashllama cardigan, which is a little bit lighter than other items. If you have any other doubts, we'll be more than happy to help you out!

The 2 scarves I bought are beautiful. What was irritating was that the delivery fee I paid for ( US$ 30.00) indicated this fee was for a 2-day delivery time. Well, it took 5 days for the package to arrive. So I feel it would have been better to charge for a 5-day delivery fee, but unfortunately that option was not available. The cheapest delivery fee was the $30.00 fir a 2-day delivery time. Which did not happen. So why charge a 2-day delivery fee if you are not delivering in 2 days anyway?

Dear Renata! We are so sorry for the inconvenience, I have sent you an email with more information. And we have refunded the extra shipping cost you paid.

Great company, fast shipping—I love being able to shop Kuna from the US! The prices were much better than at Kuna’s US webstore too. They had a ton of products to choose from.

You charged me for the delivery, and when they brought my shawl I had to pay 20 more dollars more or less. I was never told that I would have to pay more.

Hello Salomé! We are really sorry you had to pay an extra fee, as we explained in the email this charge was not from us, it was made by customs since it was an international delivery. In the email, we also offer you a special coupon that doesn't have an expiry date for you to use on your next order. We hope you still liked the product you received!
