Gorgeous tiles and excellent customer service. There was a problem with the shipping on my order that was resolved promptly and painlessly.

Great service

Tile came as planned and I have to say they wrapped ,protected the tile great! I get so tired of ordering tile and it always gets here broken very pleased with the product and the service

When you are shipping something delicate it needs to securely wrapped-the three pencil tiles that broke were loosely wrapped in bubble wrap and the bubble wrap was not even taped closed on the ends then it was stuck in a box that had a lot of room it for them to move-it should have been filled with packing materials to prevent movement. The tiles themselves are beautiful but the experience of having to send to send broken tiles back and hope they come in time so as not to delay our remodel was not pleasant

The customer service was terrific. The tile samples arrived very quickly and in great condition. They're all beautiful and it will take some time to decide in which direction to go. Thanks very much!

This was an easy order. The package got lost and Julia assisted in replacing the order.
