Wish I could've given 0 stars. Here's my problem. I ordered my shirt July 16th and was told it would take 20 days for shipping. My birthday was August 9th, good amount of time. No shirt by my birthday. I tried to get a refund and cancel my order but they refused because my shirt was being printed. Fast forward to August 25th and my shirt finally arrived. Here's the kick, it isn't even the shirt I paid my money for and now they won't even give me my money back. I will be taking this up with my bank and will never order from them again.

My daughter and I were ecstatic. The color is brilliant, the size perfect. We both are happy even though we didn't receive them until after My birthday on the 3rd they were here in time for hers Thank you

I would've given four stars but, it took a very long time to receive my order from them. However, I got frustrated because I wanted my shirt,tote bag,and mug before my birthday and from the length of the wait it didn't seem like I was going to get the items on time. After sending numerous email complaints, I FINALLY received everything yesterday July 15th. My birthday is July 24th and I am very happy and satisfied to have gotten everything on time. I will be ordering again from the company again. Special thanks to the entire Alo-Tee Team.

I order my shirt back in May for my birthday on June 17th. I didn't receive it until 4 days after my birthday. They originally told me it would arrive in 2weeks, but didn't however; under the circumstances they gave me 10% off my purchase. Thank you for that. I understand the pandemic slowed down progress, but I will order again in the future. P.A. Stewart

I ordered my grandmother's shirt a few weeks before her birthday. It came a few days later. She still wore the happiest smile because she did love the product. I was satisfied with the whole experience. I will definitely order again.

I ordered my shirt on May 18Th for my birthday July 5th And I received it July 3rd ,it took a long time but the most important is that I got it before my birthday and I’m gonna get to wear it and also when I email them ,they always respond and keep me updated,unlike some other companies that I ordered from way before I ordered my shirt and yet I still don’t get my items.I was a little worried at first but at the end of the day it was all worth it.

I ordered my shirt for my birthday which was June 8th, on May 12,2020 it said it would ship out between 5-20 days. It is now June 26th I still have not received my shirt it is still saying it is printing. After numerous emails I get the same generic response about it is printing. I understand a slight delay because of the pandemic, but for them to use this as an excuse for their deplorable behavior is sad. I have ordered items from different companies before them and after them and have received my items with no problem. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and they claim to be in the United States! I wish I could have given them 0 stars!
