i ordered a hoodie since september 2023 , on november i made a reclaim and they suppose to sent a reprint and said that if i havent received my reprint by dec 1st ill have a refund, now some other supoort person say to check the trackings that doesnt show anything and i should wait. 50 Usd lost, stay away beware

I paid for a t-shirt, but I haven't received the product for 2 months. Shame on you.

I'm a huge fan of looking at reviews before purchasing anything. and thanks to Trustpilot I have a better picture of alotee.com. their work looks amazing, but reviews don't lie.. Sorry Alotee...

This company fails to tell your T shirts are Fruit of the Loom T shirts, poor quality and their sizing runs small. When contacting customer support they've denied the claim saying the "item received matches the campaign and request denied". Just like that $30 in the trash, not to mention shipping delays. I've never heard of a company that doesn't try to get it right, either by replacing size, or store credit or refund. How disappointing and unprofessional ! How disappointing. I just spent $30 on a trashy T shirt and it DOESNT FIT and they've basically are said they just don't care.

I ordered a sweatshirt for my daughter’s birthday in blue. However, I received black as it showed in the advertisement. When I emailed them, they sent back to me my order form showing black. I don’t know what happened, but I know I ordered blue. It’s like it might have reset itself to the original black…not sure. I asked to return it for an exchange but no one ever got back to me. I’m disgusted with this company. For the price you pay for their products, you’d think they’d have top notch customer service. Won’t buy from them again!

Avoid ordering from Alotee. Half of the order arrived after a month and the other half not yet. After filling a complaint Alotee suggested that I should wait for another week for items to arrive and if not they’ll send me a replacement. Their policy clearly says 3-4 weeks for international shipping. And not to mention that this was meant to be a Christmas gift. Very poor, taking payment from the customer and not delivering.

Wish I could've given 0 stars. Here's my problem. I ordered my shirt July 16th and was told it would take 20 days for shipping. My birthday was August 9th, good amount of time. No shirt by my birthday. I tried to get a refund and cancel my order but they refused because my shirt was being printed. Fast forward to August 25th and my shirt finally arrived. Here's the kick, it isn't even the shirt I paid my money for and now they won't even give me my money back. I will be taking this up with my bank and will never order from them again.

I ordered my shirt for my birthday which was June 8th, on May 12,2020 it said it would ship out between 5-20 days. It is now June 26th I still have not received my shirt it is still saying it is printing. After numerous emails I get the same generic response about it is printing. I understand a slight delay because of the pandemic, but for them to use this as an excuse for their deplorable behavior is sad. I have ordered items from different companies before them and after them and have received my items with no problem. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever received and they claim to be in the United States! I wish I could have given them 0 stars!
